Agreed, the texturing and lighting are superb! I have to nitpick the walk cycle slightly, the tortoise's front legs are not in contact with the ground for long enough so it looks like a run...
Apart from that, top stuff, keep it up :)

Haven't checked out the animations yet, but just a suggestion: aren't they all wet and stuff when they've just broken out of their egg? Maybe it would help a bit to have some wet mucus-y stuff dripping off his shell. Or not. Whatever.

i like the blurry reflection of the floor in the runcycle and the liitle refelection of the tortoise shell.

awesome Tio:thumbsup: but where are all the blood and liquid stuffs from the egg? and imo this newly baby wont have that strong/mature colours perhaps you can play with the sss to achieve this.
