Well the face looks pretty true to the concept so thats good so far :)

i don't really see much wrong with it, you have a bit of a seam bump on the forehead you might was to fix that but otherwise it looks good.

Add a bit more to the character and post your updates so we can give you more comments

ok here he is now with body

he looks better i think but something is wrong.

Hehe looks good so far. Only few things you might want to fix: his jaw (or the fat part of it, how ever you say it..) needs to be a bit wider. Then his upper lip could come out more. Also his eyes, the inner side of it, could be a bit wider. Now it is narrow but well this is just nitpicking. It really looks good so far :) :beer:
