Name: Lek Chan

Software: Flash, Photoshop

Oiran literally means "the leader of flower". They were high-class courtesans in Japan before Geisha came to be popular.
This is an attempt of mine on detail finishing. Patterns & Kanji were done in Flash.Overlay coloring technique used,
hope you guys like it, C&C are most welcomed.

Lovely image! I'm especially fond of the flow created with the image in the background! The only thing I noticed is that some of the red orbs hanging off the headdress seem to be floating, they match up so well with the background I can't notice the connection.

I like your new image! Your faces are always so nicely detailed. If I was to give some crit, it would be to either add more saturated red to the Oiran, or take down the saturation of the background, just to give it a little more flow. I really love how you did the arm, nice detail!
