Hey guys i've been looking to do a scnene to round out my portfolio for a loooooong time now got some inspiration to do a dead space style sci-fi level i finished the first wall texture still need to do several variants also need to start working on some modular pieces.

Just to note this is just a quick mock-up to show what ive done so far i still have alot to do:

- Roof
- light terminal/banners/signs
-Computer terminal that hangs off wall(s)
- Key pad for main door
- Main door
- Pipes and wires running along the walls and beneath the floor
- Lighting! boy do i need to work on lighting :P

Looking pretty good so far. Btw, the link in your sig doesn't work, its' putting cgsociety before your link and giving a 404 page. Your site works fine, its just the link that is bad.

not much of an update just a quick paintover to show what i want to do, back walls are just there as place holders so the gate didnt look out of place:

it's hard to feedback this cause it still needs a lot more work. Your textures are good, but you good add just a hint of color variety.

Looking at your notes, think about adding large objects that protrude into the space of the hallway as these will make the scene seem much more dynamic. Meaning, don't just draw surface decoration but large objects that break the flat walls and make the environment feel less like a box.

Hey, I like the level the so far. Becareful of the repeating texture going around the wall, it's making it seem like its duplications all around. Break that up a little bit and you would be good to go, your texture work is great.

looking good armanguy...i think to add a dramatic effect try opening the doors alittle and give a strong white light emmiting from cracked door...i dunno maybe it'll add that dramatic effect to the scene, but very good job bra...1 thing also, the light you have now hanging over the pipes are abit too strong, you can see the hard edge its giving off on the door way and walls, add some volumetrics or blur it off some how, and give either a different texture to your crates(stacked boxes to the left) or add a bright emblem/logo to off set the the dark texture it has, cause if you didnt have a light over them you really wouldn't notice them...but good job, keep bustin it out! :buttrock:
