hey, here's my final short film produced at animationmentor.com over a six month period (three months pre-production, three months animation):

Nice. Wish it was a bit longer, and the playing was more drawn out. He seemed a bit stiff in that part as well. I didn't know what his hand indication was for when he first pulled out his pipe. Seemed like it didn't belong (maybe knowing its a saxophone now makes more sense? I dont know.) Barkeeper was very nice. Other than that though, it was a good idea, and was entertaining. Good job.
