I am animating a character that i have skinned to a skeleton (using wrap deformers). I use the low poly wrap for the head for my blend shape object. When I change the facial expressions, the head of the character goes back to the position of the other blend shape targets controlling it. I also set the targets to local when I created the blend shape. I can't figure out why this is happening. Please help.:banghead:

try to delete history on all the heads. Freeza transforms as well, and go ahead again....play with those options...it happened to me but i did fix it...i donīt remember the way I exactly fixed it...but it was on the options of the bshape deformer. Hope it helps....i am not being quite specific, i know....

I think you have to create all of your original blends from the same head. The only time I ever had the problem you are suggesting is when I duplicate the original head. And then make copy after copy from the duplicates. If you make them all from the first head, it should be okay.

That may have sense.....

Thanks for the help guys. I actually started to make my blend shapes from scratch again and I decided to give it one more try with my old blend shapes after I had the first one completely finished. Somehow all of my old blend shapes started to work perfectly again. I'm not shure what caused it to happen, but thanks for your help anyway.:curious:
