CGTalk - premier cs3 crash

Hi all, I have a problem with premier cs3 crashing in startup.
It gets to the splash screen and then crashes on the after effects plugins.
So I removed the AE plugins to another location and then it crashed on a dll.
So I removed the whole plugins folder and now it gives me a complete windows error and wont start at all.
Can any1 help on this issue!

I have a quad core phenom running vista home premium sp1 64bit, with an ATI 3870X2.

I've tried the adobe forums, but there wasn't much help there.....some1 must have some idea plz!

Well it's not really made for 64bit so errors occur.

Mine works for now, but had a lot of audio problems.

try reinstalling
