First some bad news for Third Party Plugins forum users and customers, the Third Party Plugins forum recently became corrupted during a switch between servers with our webhost in addition some bugs in an early version of PHPBB3 we were using cased the actual forum information to become so damaged that the forum has been lost... again  This has been quite frustrating as you can imagine for everyone so I can only apologize for this terrible inconvenience.

The good news is that the forum is now back up and running for anyone who wishes to join and post on a (hopefully) more stable server and technology, albeit without the original posts and users. In addition a small Wiki has been set up for the community to use and edit as they need/want to. I have started populating it with the Storm Tracer Quickstart documentation and a few free COFFEE scripts that I hope will prove useful. Anyone that wishes to may access both from the forum at www.thirdpartyplugins.com (http://www.thirdpartyplugins.com) and I will continue to add and extend the Wiki over time with further documentation, COFFEE scripts and C4D tidbits. I invite any and all to join in and help build a useful database of C4D and Third Party Plugins knowledge. Have fun with the new forum and Wiki.

Once again you can access this from www.thirdpartyplugins.com (http://www.thirdpartyplugins.com)

Soory to hear that! I read regularly about corrupted fora and was wondering why there is never a backup? Is that a hard thing to do? Too bad that all the content is lost now (again).

Good news the forum is online again. And great that there is a new wiki now! :)
Will ckeckout the Coffeescripts!

The backup works usually and is an automated process, however when the host changes servers and in the process looses the backups and corrupts the database and forum software in the process then it becomes a pretty hopeless situation, especially if you only find out that the forum is totally corrupted after they dismantle the original server. It's a very unlikely set of happenstance so with any luck should not reoccur. It's also caused some general problems with the Third Party Plugins website so I will be redoing the website too in the near future when time allows.

Regardless it's sometimes good to start over afresh and this has allowed that with the forum and wiki. Feel free to use the wiki to post your own scripts too if you want, it's not a specific thing, just remember to post your name at the bottom so people know who wrote it, same goes for if you edit someone elses script. I'll add a forum for Wiki support too.
