CGTalk - How to load Vray?

Hi, I am recently teaching myself 3ds max. I think I've successfully installed Vray for max 2009. I have a simple question: how to find Vray in the UI and use it? Thanks in advance.

Go to Rendering in the tool bar and go to Rendering... (F10), then go to the Common tab, and scroll to the bottom to the Assign Renderer section, choose Production and find Vray.

I didn't see the common tab could be scrolled down... Thanks a lot.
