CGTalk - Export footage list

Is there a way to export the list of footage files used in a project? (I'm using AE 7.0 pro)
I currently have over 200 project files, and would like to clean up the system by removing footage that is not used in the project files.
I could open each project one by one, and write down all files and folders that are used ... but I'd prefer to be able to export a list of files from the project instead.
Have looked into the manual and performed a search in Adobe's knowledgebase, but couldn't find anything related.

Import all projects into one empty project, run "Remove Unused Files", then "Collect Files" does everything you need.

Thanks. I can see this being usefull in different ways. Luckily, there is also an option to only generate the report. Exactly what I was looking for.
