Hi everyone,
we've got a bit of a problem. We've got an animation with keyframe samples at every frame of the sequence. This data is far too heavy and we would like to know if you can resample and simplify the keyframe data in 3dsmax in the same way you can in Maya?

anyone who responds quickly to this puzzle gets a free funsize pack of m & m's.

cheers

Oooo! I win M&M's!

I don't have an answer to your question, but I think this technically qualifies as the first response:p

I've only got a thousand brown M & M's unfortunately tho. I had to beat them off a shop owner with his own shoes...

Okay, time to get serious now:wip:

It's been a long while since I've used Max 3.1, but it seems that there must have been a key reducer in there somewhere. In newer versions you can get to it right from the track view/curve editor, but my guess is that it would have been on either the utility panel or the motion panel in 3.1.

Check it out, I hope I'm right. Do I have to pay for shipping of the M&M's? The U.K. is awful far away from here:D
