Hi,

I have seen this image on the web: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h114/VP1980/test22-JPG.jpg

and it is made in 3ds max. I think it looks very awesome and slick, and is interested in, how you can make an image like that.

Does anyone have an idea on, how this image was made in 3ds max?

Thanks, :)

A few tubes with the right material and Depth of field.
how this image was made in 3ds max?Why do you ask this in the compositing/editing forum?

lol technically, unless you want those 849385390485038 hour long render times of your cg program to render out a dof and the blur on each image sequence, that depth of field shot would be considered compositing yah? =P

extracting gbuffer, adding blur nodes and animating it over time... oh well =P at least he knows how to accomplish the shot now, try taking a look at videocopilot's evoltion series, andrew's tutorials are great for effects like that
