Good interior render! I like the point of view and the Colors you used in the scene.
Looks really nice to me. Maybe you shoult be more careful with your wood Texture... Especially at the door it seems like the door and the door frame are made out of the same tree, because the structure of the wood materials is the same on the frame and the door.
But thats only a small critique...
I really like it! Tumbs up.

I liked the camera placement. i do agree that the table might have been some other type of wood texture . and .. tha lighting is ok for me , bit more HSph subdevidesand interpolating samples perhaps ?

The stair railing looks as if it would be down by someones knees. also the light on the wall likes pretty small too. other than those little things, beatutiful render.

Coolian- Thank you for your comment. Every model was based on architect drawing.
I know sometime it doesn't look right but I couldn't do much about it. I think I should mention this to architect to double check. Thank you again.

xxbinxx- thank you for your comment. Actually, when you said there is UVWmap is missing, I checked my max file, it's there. Same as other door. I blur them out when I finished photoshop. Anyway, thank you.

one more thing you can do to make the image better : add more reflect of the leaves to the vase
