very classy lookin'. I wonder if you could hook it up to your computer. To think... instead of putting up with the default background and stuff on the menu screen on the ps2, you could set your own and have your own theme, with custom visualizer for your music. Of course I would add those if I helped design the ps3.:D

its a DVD recorder, HDD recorder, TV and Satelite tuner, with PS2 onboard.
i think its called a Super All-in-one set top box.
release in Japan, later this year.

I dont understand the design. When you stand it on its end, you load it from the top right? That puts the connectors on the bottom? That doesnt make any sence.

oh and BadMange, you have no idea how many times I needed a rubber duck and a flashlight while playing resident evil. Great find!

i dont' think it's designed to be stood on it's end, the top photo is just showing a disk goign in because they're obviously going for the flat on look with the photos.

Drill holes on whatever the PSX is standing on! This way you also wouldn't see any cable at all. What a great design!

"PS2.5"- Too funny. Their scraping the barrel on this one. Not as cool looking as those "suggested" renderings of the PS3 mushroom shape posted a month or so ago. It'll still make for a nice foot stool for when I play my XBox.;)

all in all, not a bad piece of hardware, pretty cool.

but...

it would of been nice to buy back when the PS2 first came out! i'm not going to shell out money for a PSX when i know i have to save for the PS3, XBOX2, and a GC2 in 2005. and i don't think i'm alone.
