My only comments on it are that it is somewhat blurry, there is no real focal point of interest, and most of the detail looks very flat.
Aside from that if you keep this up you should be able to reach this state of a painting in 15-30 minutes instead of an hour. Your colors are nice.
Bust out as many of these as you can, and you will improve quickly and greatly. From here I would work on composition (give the eye something to follow, give a point of interest and tell a story), and refine the overall piece so it doesn't have such a blurred look.
