The thing that stands out the most is that her facial anatomy/proportions are unrealistic compared to the rest of her. This depends on what you're going for mostly, but comparing to more realistic pieces I would say that her eyes are too large, and the angle of her eyes and face overall is a little bit awkward. Just a little, but it's still noticable.
Also, the flesh on her body looks much more real and alive than that on her face. You might want to add in more blues/greens to her facial features to match it to her body.
Her clothing looks very nicely rendered. The materials look very natural. I particularly like the green bounce light from the wall onto the right side of her body. Very nice attention to detail there.
Last thing is that her hair and the band in her hair could use brighter highlights to bring them more to life. Something more towards the values of the highlights you display on the band around her waist.
I could only look for a few minutes so possibly someone else could pick out more, but this is a good painting overall. Keep it up!

The shadows do not correspond with your light source, and the string gets lost in the composition.

You're right about her face skintones try to add more different colors to it
and keep one main source of light
