as the title says, how do i get rid of the seam of this polygon model ?

Well ...

I assume you mirrored the face.

A lot of the time when you do this and your edge vertices are not perfectly aligned you will get two edges in the middle instead of one, very close to each other. Check that, merge the vertices that are right next to each other and the line should go away.

Um... You will probably also have to soften the edges by picking your model and then bring up the option box for /Edit Polygons/Normals/Soften/harden and hit All Soft and apply.
