Well this is very VERY vauge. It all depends on HOW you want to make them. The easiest way would be just to add a UVSphere...bam you got an eye. I'm sure, though, that you mean something differnet than my literal interpretation. Your best bets for anything blender related are: blenderartists.org, or blender.org. The later is more for news/tutorials dealing with blender and the community while the former is, pretty much, the biggest blender community you're going to find. Lots of help can be found at both of these places, what kind of help will determine which site you go to.
More of a do it yourself man? Blender.org will give you what you need to get going
Need it spelled out for you? Blenderartists.org is the biggest blender community, at least that I've seen, and there are TONS of helpful people there. Don't expect professional advice as far as art is related though, as the people there (while some are fvery good artists) are generally just hobbyists who haven't done much in 3d besides make a chrome sphere. But like I said, all are more than willing to help, and there are those that are pros there also.
Sorry cgtalk if sending him to those sites is against forum rules, but......well lets be honest, the blender section here is not what it COULD be.
