View Full Version : A Monster Coming to a Desert Near You
OrochiGenocide 07-13-2008, 08:45 PM Hi there. I'm currently working on a desert illustration. What I'm having trouble on is the monster's tail. I'm not sure how the tail is supposed to move or be positioned when its gliding through the air. I think I might need to shorten the tail because of the monster's flaps/fins. If you have any sort of animal/monster anatomy tips, please let me know! Thanks. :)

I'm wouldn't have known it was a monster if you hadn't told me. I wouldn't worry to much about the tail its the best drawn part of your monster id concentrate more on the wings and the face. As for monster anatomy look at pics of real animals with the idea form follows function, since its a flying monster looking at birds of prey would be a good place to start.
