Title: Green Shadow
Name: Amber Chen
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop

Another birthday gift, this time on time. (Actually, I finished it a week early and hung onto it.) This one started off as a speedpaint practice but quickly took on a life of its own. Still finished it fairly quickly by my standards and really enjoyed working on it. C&C welcome!

I think that your paint is the highest level ... Really smooth style!

Great job!
A nice spin on the beautiful woman illustration! LOVE the bat!
My only crit is that the gold button on her cloak seems to be in sharper clarity then the rest of the painting. Everything else is soft, so its sharpness really pops out to me, distracting from the charm of the 2 characters.

Again, great job!

Thank you, everyone. ^^

Waheed, I must admit that I was a little lazy with a reference for the hand. ^^; I did hold up my hand and look at it in a mirror occasionally, but not as much as I should have. (And of course, my hand wasn't exactly the same each time either!) Hands are still one of my banes...

Jesse, hm, that's a good observation. I might have to see if I can blur that clasp a bit or something. Thanks for pointing it out!
