CGTalk - Maxwell Net render through VPN?

Is this possible? Here is the setup:

Render farm at work
several computers at home
Have VPN connection to Work
Would like to use home computers and work farm for coperative render.

Anyone know how to do this?

p.s. I use maxwell through Maya so I don't know where else to post this???
