Hi,
Sorry, I ment r3d format of Realsoft3d application, i saw that there are many other files of r3d format. To view/edit it you can download demo here (http://realsoft.fi/download/). I am not sure, but i think it has 30 days full functionality.
And here some details:

isnt the space between the belly and the breasts is way too big?

Hi Jango,
i have compared model with some pictures:
http://www.artliska.com/cgchar/pictures/disproporcion.jpg
and i agree, there are some disproportions. I fix it!
Thanks for yours comment.

You already got lots of nice detail on the model, I especially like the back and chest area. That being said, the breasts are definitely too high... her nipples are almost up to her armpits, you should do something about that :D
Other than that, maybe her buttocks are just a bit large in the side-view - that is, unless you're going for the J-Lo type! And I'm not so sure about her ears, compared to the eyes they seem a bit low.
But keep going, I'm sure this will turn out excellent!

Hi Stefanminning,
Thanks for yours comments, I do following changes:
- breasts move down (according picture with human models above)
- buttocks will be a bit smaller from side view
- ears move up to the eye - line

hi endre, her head proportions look a bit off to me. the forehead should be protuded beyond the bridge of the nose. It isnt easy, im modeling a female character myself and fineart.sk was a big help. u could check that site for head ref pics.
keep it up dude.:D

C+C welcome
The corners of the mouth need to be directly under the pupil...and maybe add some details to the eye and ear areas...get some ref photos to go from...that will help alot....good job and keep going:thumbsup:

Just looked through the whole thread for the first time and it started off as just another female model but the latest renders really are starting to look like something special, very fine job.
Small crit, the eyes look at little off, not sure why though its close perhaps closer inspection of a real female eye? It's only apparent in the front render the other views look great.
Her skin is far too pink I'd move a little to the yellow.
Teyon
06-18-2003, 01:04 PM
Nice work, yes! Her skin is way to pink and bright. Tone it down some. Also, look at your drawing of the lips and then look at the lips on your model. You're missing the indetnion of the upper lip, which gives her an odd look. It's one of those small things humans pick up on right away that makes modeling humans hard.

Hi, thanks for all comments, i try to edit modell according yours recomendations, it is not easy, i am myself (again) not satisfied, but it is WIP, and therefore i post current status again:

Hi, great model, wish I could model that great! :)
2 things
- Eyes are sort of an un-natural colour, brown would look nice.
- Lips are little bit too 'puffy'.
Thats about it, looking great!
seabede
06-23-2003, 09:15 AM
Hi, you are right, i haven't investigate a lot time to tweak skin-shader. I take a look on it. Thanks.
About eyes colour, i was thought about brown eyes colour too :) , will be done!
To the puffy lips, i am not sure, if the cause for the puffy look is not the of lack of textures (bomp + colour), but i take a look on it, and try to make them softer.
Again guys, big thanks for yours comments! It is a big help for me!!!!!

Very nice modeling!- but if I could make one humble suggestion - I would offset the nipples a bit to the sides. They're pointing straight ahead which is rare.

Hi all,
i am still here, but a little but busy with my regular job ("only programming":-(), comming week i should do the last changes (as proposed), and at last, when there are not any c+c, i release the model.
chikega, i agree, will be done!

Hey Seabede,
I just saw the whole thread and your model has come quite a way! :buttrock:
I don't think anyone else has noticed this, but I think that the legs are a bit too long under the knees. In the image that has the two female references, you can notice that the thighs match up pretty well, but you brought the foot all the way to the point of ground contact to match the contact of the reference. The only thing about that which is problematic is that the reference images are wearing high heel shoes not bare feet planted flat on the ground.
Hope that made sense.:D
good job!

Hi Unicorn,
first of all, i am glad, that i am back at home (in Vienna)!
thank for yours comment, i have similar thoughts a time ago...
I have fixed previous comments, and now i make some reference images again (to know how big is the difference).

sounds good!
Looking forward to seeing it.:D
Your model is turning out quite nicely. Youve done a good job with the breasts (i'm not kidding, i tried to make a girl with small breasts, its hard, they either shrivel or bloat like water balloons).
The ear has some very sharp edges and flat surfaces. Get some refs and rework that.
Is it from the hip ball socket that the proportions are half and half? cant quite remember that.

Nice work. I like the geometry of the full body. I do think that the head is some what off in terms of proportions. The bump on the forhead near the hair line is a bit too sharp. I like the texture of the eyes but I feel that the color is a bit too saturated.
Well done!
cheers:beer:

Hi All,
to 3D STRONG: yes, i agree, it is still flattend, i take a care about it.
to davidSingha: thanks for yours comment :-)
to Goon: I am worried, that in current version i got the breast bigger (it was not the goal) sorry, to your question (half-half), yes it is ideal proportion.
to all: still not ready, i have done some changes in the face area, and done much changes on the body,
some investigation into backpart of the female:

http://www.irija.com/cgchar/pictures/celapostava_predok.jpg
hey man
good job on the body so far..
but
the face [for me]
looks litlle weird still...
like..
her mouth seems to be little small and a bit to like she was kissing someone...
[got it???]
to much to the front.
and around the mouth. is too much salient..
i guess..
can´t put my finguer on it man..
just my eyes
the eyes balls , looks like she´s looking down..
pull the eye balls up a bit.
watch out for the forehead. is too bumpy. not so feminine..is more male...
may i made my self clear????
sorry for my bad english man...
just trying to help..
keep on going
ps.: could i see the wires?:

work's definately going well... the face could do with more definition around the cheaks and forehead, i think the breasts should be moved down, and remember that if you stretch your arms out, your chest opens up and moves the breasts apart...
just a couple ideas :)

i think you need work under the checkbones, pulling vertex to the mouth and back, maybe.
on the forehead and on the exterior corners of the eyes seems bumped you need pull back and pull in some vertex, and nose too
the part of the nose bettween eyes seems wide,i think.
god luck.
hope you stand my english

I like this, how did you do that hair? Looks awesome! Have a few complaints though:
I think her face looks to maksuline.. her jawbones are way to distinguished and her mouth is too arnold schwarzenegger-like..
and also her butt cheeks look like she's squeezing them REALLY hard..
apart from that.. GREAT MODEL!!! :D
seabede
02-27-2004, 11:23 PM
Hi Klaymen,
thx, i am still on-line ;-), the hair are done "per partes", each side of the head separately, for each part i have used 15 nurbs, and then in interpolator set count to 300 (it means 15*300) for the count of the hairs...
Big thank for the comments, i saw, in previous model i have done some changes in mouth and jawbones part!!!!
I must search for this model ;-)

hehe ok.. ill be watching this.. btw did you change the leg proportions cause on that comparement shot in the beginning of the thread it seemed like you didn't think about the human models wearing high-heels..?

Hi, i have changed much... for proportion-check, check this out:

OK that seems fine! keep it up!
Your arms are too short.
http://www.fineart.sk/show.php?w=897
The tips of the fingers should end midway down the thigh.
Also, can you post a wireframe? You have wierd distortions in the mesh that should be fixed.
