I have finished my Beta of the Modeling and Texturing Demo Reel 2008.

For the first thing I'd love to know if you like it, criticism, comments and recommendations are SuperHelpfull.
Unfortunately I found a serious problem, the movie goes visibly stepwise regardless of the size of the images.
I hope that some of you can help in resolving of the problem, I do not know what to do more.
I give you a little data so you can get an idea of how I worked.
My PC is a quad-core Intel with 4 gig of RAM and a graphics card Nvidia 8800 GTS 512, operating system Vista.
(So a good computer, the possibility that it isn’t able to read properly I think it is excluded)
I used After Effects CS3, the compression codec is the 'H 264 Average quality, 30 frames per second.
I tried also with Sorenson 3 but goes even worse and weighs more.
The images are all rendered in a sequence from 3ds Max 2008, saved as a sequence of images, except those that resulting from ZBrush, that are imported in movies uicktime ioioidQuicktime .mov always at 30 frames per second.
The size of the movie are 550x412.
I also want to create a DVD to be sent to the companies.
Apart from what I have done, let me know if you are thinking I’m in the right road and if I use the right workflow and the right all.
Thank you very much in advance for comments and help.
