... Ok i think there's nothing much to talk when your draw is nothing than a dirt sketch...!

Well just in case. This is a update on the armor "paint job" !!!
Does it look like steel and a bunch of bolts to ya?

Let me know what you think...!

Your armour is really nice!.........to make the guy look more dangerous....i would see him with a big giant blade....he's got the muscles....he can take care of a giant sword!!!!.....and a bit more shadows could make your image more dramatic and mysterious......if he's outside, we could only see the sun's light, so there should be more shadows coming from the opposite side.....that would give him more volume and depth.......

..........dont worry about the replies....it doesn't mean your work is not good!....keep posting .....and i want to see this big guy finished soon!.......good work!

Here's a pre-backgorund. There's a tank, dunes and mountains now!

I'm thinking about some corpses maybe... But that would need some battle action on the scene. Gotta think about it!
Enough for today thought...

Wow man looking better and better each time! Keep it up, can't wait to see him in the fully colored enviroment, thats usually what breaks all my images, i start with a real detailed character, everything looks great and then i sketch the background and my whole image falls apart :D i like how you've colored him thus far and i think if you hold true to this style with the background its gonna look sweet, oh and thanks for posting your work man

Thanks Inner! It's aways good to hear good stuff from people!

Yeah i see your point. Same thing here too, but i'll try to hold true for this scene. It's gonna be a huge work texturing all the tank and enviroment, but i'm goin all the way for it!

Hey i would like to see some of your work too dude! point me out some links!

Thanks again for the compliments. Keep watching for more updates soon!

no prob man, i'll show you an example of what im talking about here in a sec after i scan it in, thats if my host decides to let me link the pics  gimmie a sec and i'll have a sketch for ya...
But i understand it irritates me too when i post my work here and ask for some comments or crtis, and the check back later and see that its had like 100 views but no one bothered to reply lol but i do think your on the right track here...
If you don't mind me asking what paint prog are you using?

EDIT: Hope ya don't mind me puttin this here, but i didn't want to open a whole new thread for it :)(and if you want it taken off just tell me, i'll remove it :wip:) http://www.redrival.com/innervision961/Scyborg.jpg
You can check that out to see what i mean by my background ruining my image, definately not one of my best, but all my other stuff got lost cuz my dad "cleaned up" our computer the other day, so i just scanned that in and photoshopped it a little so you could see all the lines (not so good at painting, but im learning)

Your guy is getting realy kool!.....and your background will be nice too!......it's a good idea to change the sword for the gunz....now he looks like an Unreal Tournament Dude!........i can give you some comments!.......i took your image to change some little things to show you what i mean.....the ear should be lower...at the same level than the eye.....and i would put more contrasts with lights and shadows.....dont be afraid to put lots of shadows...you gonna say that you loose some details...but you gonna get a more realistic and mysterious look.....i did some on you image....it's only a 5 minutes job, but you can see the difference, and if you take the time to do it good.....your Image is gonna be great!...keep posting your work!...i wanna see him finished!
