Why would you want a 17' CRT which is a 16' viewable display?
Just because their so cheap, or because crt's have better dynamic range than LCDs?
You can still find some 22' crts around, which have better image quality.
Let us know your budget, your needs, in order to get a proper suggestion.

well I prefer 19 inch cannot buy LCD because colors still not accurate even if they are s-ips so expensive I cannot buy lacie or eizo
I do CAD modelling but also I do rendering and use photoshop so color accuracy important for me LCD still lacks accuracy so I want a better option CRT is big yet has better color
I dont have a very high budget 200-500 dollars for the most

As I mentioned, why don't you go for a good 19'- 22' CRT?
Don't know if you'll find them still around new, but if you sesarch you could get a good used or refurb one.
I'd suggest from Eizo F930, the Philips 210P, Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930, or even the classic Sony 24' FW900...

well 17 inch is small and over 20 inch is big I dont have that much space and radiation with eyestrain might be too much in a 22 inch monitor
19 inch is my preference
Philips 109E50 109B70
Samsung 997MB
LG 901B
in my country not easy to find all models I am limited to the list

When you say space you mean depth of the desk?
'Cause the Philips models are less deep than other crts of the same display size.
As for radiation, not much difference between a 19'er and a 20-22'er.
From the list above, I can only post my opinion about the 109B models, since I have a pair 109B and 109B4.
Do not expect the quality of Philips P (professional )series, which I highly recomend.
These are labeled B (business series).
Moreover, I can guarrantee they have better image quality for photo editing than most lcds, I have calibrated them and they are still better on the whites and blacks.
You can customize the colour temperature, and also have presets. Good brightness, and can go up to 1920x1440 @60hz although unusable imho at that res. Work easily at 1280x1024 @85hz, or 1600x1200 @ 75hz.
Don't even think about the E (economy) series.
Try on ebay, you might be able to find a Mitsubishi, or Eizo.
