I wrote this tutorial some time ago, there are two scenes downloadable. It's a basic tutorial, and you will need Mocca.

umm well you can loop the sequence or just copy paste.

Dude there is a thread about 150 replies wrong its at the top of the page, its a sticky don't ya know. Check that thread out. It will give you a ton of useful info.
