I can't get that look on my materials.
Does anyone have suggestion on how to imporve it.. that would be much appreciated.
Like specular/glosiness amount, IOR ...etc

i'm not sure wich material you refer to in the image.
but if i'm right all you need is to put a map in the reflection slot blur it and give it a small amount.
about the spec and glossiness just try to play with them until you get the result you want.
IOR i think is mostly for transparent materials like glass

I don't have a dig.camera beside me... but, let's say somthing like PS2 console i think.
I placed reytrace map in reflection slot (12%), is this what you mean.

if you don't have environment map or any objects around it won't reflect anything
put a bitmap in the reflection slot
try the lakerem map in the maps\ref_maps of your max folder
and don't forget to blur it (you have this option under the UV's adjustment)

It still needs some minor tweaking... but that' it.
