this is my first model of a car, and my first attempt at compositing it on a scene. I am satisfied, but not completely and I am not sure why. I have a feeling it may be the size of the truck in relation to the scene. Can anyone point me in the right direction? thanx..

I think the size is wrong, its too small...the concrete area by the curb is probably no more than 2 feet...and its half of your truck...

It also looks to clean..and the lighting is too hard...

Plus you have a late 90's GMC truck in the background...

Plus you might wanna simulate some grain...

just my thoughts, your truck alone is better than anything i have made...so im no pro

It is most definately too SMALL, also it seems to be floating, i think the shadow might be too hard which is why its causing it to look like that try may be using a diffuse light or something thats for 3dsmax but i don't know what u could do other than that it looks great,
but since it seems ur going for the "old photo" kind of look the fairly new truck kind of makes it wierd
