View Full Version : seamless FK/IK

Hey guys :)
I'm looking for a way to make a seamless FK/IK switch with out a transition.
So that the FK will automaticly be aligned to the IK, and the other way around.

Whats the best way of doing so?
Perhaps a link or just a theory desciption would be great, as I can't really get my mind into it ;)

I think I need to watch it a couple of times to understand what's going on, as I'm not that well into MEL, but it sure looks like a really nice method :)

Very cool. I just learned how to do the IK/FK rig but never understood why it wasn't easily blended between the two. Looks like something "the Art of Rigging Vol 1" left out.
