Hi,

I did a basic base mesh in maya missing a head and wings for my creature, took it into zbrush and sculpted it... now I want to take it back to maya (on subd one) , add wings and maybe it's head, then come back into maya and not have to redo all the displacement.

Thanks.

exp the base subdiv from Z! open in M! create wings as a seperate mesh and export wings only as obj. Open Z! and open original .ztl then select simple brush to switch tools (so nothing is selected) and import wing obj. Select original.ztl again in tool palette and open subtool palette, at the bottom of subtool there is a button 'append' which will let you add the wings as a subtool of your orig mesh.

hope that helps... good luck
