I have a def on the baseObject and when I do a refs.dependent this in the def it returns Editable Spline. I need to get that object any ideas?

It is always the case. Mess with it for an hour, finaly decide to ask and what happens, ya get it your self.

refs.dependentNodes ((refs.dependents this)[1])
