All of the textures are on 512x512's and could probably all be put on one 1024x1024, I was just feeling lazy, plus I like having the individual texture maps for each. I wanted them to look unformed. Like they were all made by one guy, you know?

some quick notes on first impression..

your texture for the sword and axe blades should not be a rock texture

your sword blade could lose some edge loops, the ones going up the blade..I see that you wanted the blade to be not exactly straight, but the way that it bends right now, I don't think metal bends like that.. if you wanted to put in chips on the blade, then put it on the texture instead of the model

on your blunt weapons, I'm not sure how it's possible to stick your wood through your stone, and the other one.. the stone goes right through the wood, kinda weird and not very realistic

it may be the screenshots, but your model has some possible smoothing errors.. most noticable on the blade of the sword

Overall, I think the tri count can be optimized much better.. your handles seem very dense, but its hard to tell from the screenshots

+1

i can see a lot of optimization on these.

Any reason why you are putting all the weapons on one texture sheet? Are they going to be in the same scene all the time? If not, make a unique texture for each one- they will look a lot better.
