Hey just saw the ad for this, its a new tv game that splices reality and computer games - players create their characters and fight live on tele - I think. - First of its kind I believe.

u can download a pack and create a fighter - then send in ur scores to win a place in the game!!

This sounds like a very exciting concept indeed.

With all these MMOPRGs popping up, all vying for gamers time and attention, they could do a lot worse than trying to get a T.V. show to tie-in and announce leaders and show highlights. They could profile the people that are emerging as powerful characters etc.

Dangling the carrot of the more traditional and well established flavours of fame, i.e. T.V. (rather than online notoriety) could potentially gift a game sales of mind-blowing proportion. A fat cheque at the end for the winner would help too mind.....

...but it would definately need the right kind of game.

V.cool though, and huge potential.
