My laptop crashed (vidcard) and I could not deactivate PS CS2 from it.
I need to free up the license so I can reactivate on a new one.
I tried the Adobe website, but it's so complicated I finally gave up and decided to ask here.

Can anyone give me a hint, an e-mail adress,...
I live in Europe, but I activated online.

Yes, you're right, it is. Click Contact at the top of the site and change the Location to your country. You will see lots of telephone numbers, any one of which will put you through to someone who will re-activate your PS (although they will probably be in India or somewhere!). Customer Services will probably be quickest. I've always found them polite and helpful.
