Realy, cool. Very womanly character. I love her face! But I think that hands are unnaturaly long.

Very nice start, but I have a few sujestions to polish out to really make this model pop.
Your skin seems really flat and pale compared to the ammount of detailing on your Clothing. I would add some subtle shading around the edges of the model where the skin intersects with the clothing to give the illusion that the clothing is resting on top of the skin. By the look of the model, the model is a straight self illuminated model. Be sure to add some shadow color to the skin so it doesn't look so flat, and be sure to add some pigment color to the shading to give the skin a bit more life to it.
Also, with the ammount of work on the fabric clothing, I would follow suit with some texture painting on the skin, so it has a bit more texture to it. But keep it subtle to highlight her youthful beuty.
The hair can use a bit more "extreame highlighting" on some of the hair strands. Push what you have a little bit more to make the hair pop.
Also, although this is a low poly model, concider giving the model a quick Ambiant Occlusion bake and overlay or multiply it onto the texture you have to give some subtle blending shadows across the model. Change the color of the AO bake using color balanceing to have a nice hue blend into areas of the model.
Overall very good though. It looks like it just needs a few Polishing passes on it and then you can stamp it done.

Another great model, but the proportion problems from your previous model are still evident. The arms are still a bit long and the legs are long as well (especially the upper legs). I would recommend overlaying actual proportions so you can see what needs to be fixed.
Still a great job though!

In all honesty, the exagerated porportions of the legs don't bother me so much, as I think it pushes the feminine figure of the character. (But the arms should be examined a bit more, as they are looking a bit long.) If its a realism over style thing, then yeah, I would fix it, but I think it fits in fine with the fantasy outfit and the painterly texture painting.
If there is anything I would do, it would be to add some folds to where the elbow would bend. As right now, I can see how some can get confused as to the placement of the elbow given the arm sleves, and how its tied off at the mid arm, but not at the pit of the arm. So be sure to add some folds so it reads better that the bend in the arms is not at the bottom of the Breasts, but at the height of the belly button.

Good luck with the job tao3D. Is it a job doing art in the industry? If so, I'm sure what you learn there will help your suff out greatly. It looks like you have a solid foundation of skills to build on, so I'm sure you'll do fine.

any suggestions about the details.
look at some of the close up shots of the clothing with the skin next to it. It seems like you have great texture on the clothing even some hints of the underlaying fabric, but then your skin is a solid color with no real texture to it.
Add some subtle texture to the skin to bring it in line with the great work done on the clothing.

hi,you r right i am good at the texture of cloth and i add some hints of cloth on it.real skin is hart for me ,that is out of my ability, and in my next art later i will pay more attention on the real texture of skin, thanks for your suggestion and do you have somre real effective methods of dealing with the real skin?

Well, this tutorial (http://crazydwarf.deviantart.com/art/SKIN-PAINTING-TUTORIAL-23525496) is probably the most straight forward I can find at the moment. (Although there is a wealth of other tutorials on the internet with different techniques to do the same thing if you take the time to look.) But this one should give you a general idea of what to do. And how it should make your skin pop.
Step 5 I think is the BIGGEST part you should pay attention to to give you more poors and detail to the skin to make it look more natural. But you can also do well to give your skin more tone by adding hues of reds and blues to selected areas to make it look more natural.
good luck.

this is absolutely beautiful and i have to say that to be honest i disagree with the suggestion to add more detail to the skin, to me it seems like a perfect contrast to the clothes and reminds me of the stylized chinese paintings. the hair could use more contrast between the color and the highlights but i would not touch a thing on the face. but thats just me. whatever you decide to do, this is beautiful.

that's my own meanings ,tyrful, that is what i want to express, thank you tyrful, iam always thinkg about more color or pure face of the skin ,but i have to admit it that i can not do that well on real materials.
