hello--

I am looking for any alogorithms or ideas to query components on surface--specifically
vertexes and facets. I believe there was a closest vert plug on e. miller hyperreal
facial2--but I no longer have this dvd--

nearestPointOnMesh.mll in the maya install/bin/plug-ins path...(using ver 2008ext2 here)..activate it in the plugin manager.
