Hello,

I import footage (20 tiff frames), do new composite and drag this footage to the timeline area.
The timeline has a length of 10 seconds. My animation is 1 second.
How can I change the timeline to just play the length of my 20 frames and nothing more?

When I render to a Quicktime, I get the first 20 frames and then the rest all black.
I just want a render of my 20 tiff files.

Sorry for this difficult explanation...I'm an AE newbie...

thanks,

bern

Adjust either the Work Area, the length of your Composition or the Render Settings:

Drag Work Area handles
or
select your Layer, then hit alt/cmd B

Composition > Composition Settings > Duration
or
Composition > Trim Comp To Work Area

or
Render Queue > Render Settings > Time Span

JUst go to the last fram of your time line and place the time line bar in the last fram of your tiff file and just above of your last fram in your time line right click there u get option { trim com to work area} then clik there ,then u got what u want...............
