I know there is a section in the render menu to add specific passes to render and that there is a tab for the ambient occlusion pass. In other programs, I know you can procedurally make a texture for the ambient occlussion apply it to the entire scene and render out just the ambient occlusion pass giving you the grayscale image. Is there a way to do this in c4d without rendering out the scene with all of the textures and lights so that I can composite it in post?
