Hey Prave,

Good start on these :-) just a few minor things I think you should pay attention to when animating walks.

All of your walk cycles don't show any weight the character looks like he is just being pulled accross the screen. Pay attention to the character's hips they need to come down when he is at his contact poses and the hips need to be pulled up when he is in his passing position and a little after that. The bosy does a lot of counteracting of joints to balance itself out. Walks can be very difficult and hard to get to look right. Check out the Animator's Survival Kit.. I believe it had 82 pages on walk cycles. Hope that helps :-)
