Holy CRAP, you've got non-planar polygons!! Grab up your transportable valuables and run for the hills!! :)
hehe. It just means that the four point making up the quad do not lie along a plane. If you don't see any problems in your render don't worry about it. If you do, then you'll need to work on those areas. What happens is that Cinema triangulates non-planar polygons (actually all polygons) at render time, so you might wind up with edges where you don't expect them.

thanks, adam. i was kind of worried. ( i mean they were pretty itchy and kind of red.) ;)
