Title: Residential Complex in Tetouan Region (Morocco)
Name: Nafie Znaji
Country: Morocco
Software:
I was always glad to see the awesome creations here and I decided to post some of my modest work to learn from your comments and critics.
It is modeled mostly with Archicad and finished and rendered with 3Ds Max. Then I used photoshop to add the plants and make some corrections.
Ur C&C are welcome :)

Great modeling and composition;), also I like the vegitation you did, but the only comment I have got is about the lightning. If you didnt use Vray or Mental Ray then using them will further enhance the quality of your image. If you dont want to use them and want to go by the default scanline renderer, then add a "sky" light and turn raytracing on. These are my 2 cents though:):)

The sky indicates a sunny day, but the shadows are all very very soft, which I dont think makes it look right.

right... and I would desaturate a bit the grass and refine the rooftop border

Things that should have depth to them are only texture mapped. The grass, stonework, and roof shingles should all have some relief to them. Displacement mapping would be a very simple way to remedy this, and would add a lot more realism to the scene.

Thanks all for ur pertinent replies :)
Reza23 U're fully right, I 'll try to increase the directional light intensity a bit and decrase the vray sphere one.
Forenaseri thank you I'll take ur remark into consideration, i'll even try to make a fur for the grass.
Gtvfx thank u man, the roof shingles problem was due to laziness... I haden't a very big time to do the scene because u know it's an architecture project and i had a deadline, so I didn't do all the possible ..; but now I've a time to correct all this thank u very much.
Thanks u all guys, I'll post a new reply with all the corrections soon :)
Keep ur pertinent remarks on !

Thank u ahmad,
I used Vray for redering, but th fault I did is that I searched the artistic soften ambiance than the realism, I have a spot and also a vray sphere, and the sphere light washed the sport edged shadows.
I'll search for a more real effect, and I'll post a correction so it can be judged but you all in the nearest date possible :)
Thank u anther time.
