Hi fellows, I have a little problem in my project. I was planning to use only PC plataform, but recently some Macs was added to the pipeline. So, I didnīt use relative paths (my fault!) and as weīre using svn, the paths doesnīt match.

Well, the peach version of blender doesnīt have fix broken path python pluging. What Iīm looking for is some solution to change paths to relative. In fact, I donīt understand very well how a texture is linked to Blender, once we can have a texture linked with no users and it remains on Image Editorīs stack but not in File Browser.

Some one can help me on this mess?

There are some nice built-in tools for this now. Check in the File menu -> External Data -> ...

I have totally unrelated question, but do you know a place where I can read up on SVN? I happen to program more and more and seems SVN could be quite handy. (I roughly know what it is, just don't know how to get up and running with it)

Hy Paintbox, weīre using the svn repository in a server with Linux OS, the subversion is the tigris http://www.subversion.tigris.org/. Please, donīt ask me how to deal with this, the support guys here at the house are the responsible for make the svn works, but Iīm sure the site is plenty of documentation about, once itīs a open source project. My machine is a pc with Windowns OS and the client svn is the tortoise (same source). The apple machines are running the svnX (you can find the client version at the apple site).

Unfortunatly, Iīm not an expert of svn (far from this). What I could see, svn is cross platform, very well documented and ease to use (or kind of), I hope that it help you any way.

Hey thanks for the heads up, I am going to see if I can install this at a later time. I guess there is no better way to learn than as-you-go.
