Hey Guys, here is a new spot we've just completed CG on, for Pascal Blais Studio.
I talked about it in the C4D thread, but thought I'd show it here too, if thats ok. :)

Our task for this spot was to create 2 dragons, while also adding foreground effects, like fog and leafs. We also had to create a fireball to serve as a transition and end with the CG effects on the actor at the end. The forest itself was all shot with basic lighting and changed thru Color Correction and comp effects (light beams).
Basically, all animation, texturing and rendering was done with C4D with Vray. Base modeling was done in XSI, with Zbrush for detalling. Comp was done with Combustion. And Color Correcting (forest) was done with Color.
This was my first real spot done with C4D (was using 3dsMax and Xsi before) though we did have some hiccups, all and all I pretty much loved it. REALLY loved body paint, Made texturing so much easier.
The spot took about 5 weeks to complete, with about 8 artist in total. Had specialist for each step, similar to a film production, instead of just a few generalist.
First time presenting something here, so be gentle, lol
