i have a group of verts which should lie on the same plane or edge but now they r not , r there any good ways to do that?

If it's a poly object, there's a "Make Planar" option you can use. That'll drop them into the same plane. Seems it takes an average of some sort inorder to decide the plane orientation.

Or you use the function "view align" to make them planar from the point of view.

meshtools has flatten verts command.
