View Full Version : ncloth methodology
alecorre 06-19-2008, 10:27 PM I wonder if anyone has a good sound methodology for working with ncloth that they would like to share?
I am working with T-shirts and I just can't get the cloth to look the way I want and there are just so many variables that I was hoping someone could share their methodology to achieve good results.
Thanks
Allen

as long as you set your "space scale" correctly (read docs) and turn up your substeps (30-60) and max collision Itterations (20-40)
you will get very good results by using the presets and tweaking from there.
just check the Thickness isn't too high.. a thickness higher than the average edge length will dramatically increase solving times... which sucks if you have highRes cloth...
