System Manufacturer: Supermicro
System Model: X7DWA

Processor: Quad Xeon(R) CPU E5430 @ 2.66GHz (8 CPUs)
Memory: 6GB RAM
Graphix card : Quadro Fx 4500 - 512MB

this my machian and Iwant to ask about the best setting can I put in AE CS3 To make it work in Best Preferences

When your saying 8 CPU's you acctualy mean 4 , right ?
Anyway , your AE CS3 configures based on your system resources , but if you want to make it a little better , you can increase the maximum ram usage(although I think it can't use more than 2 GB of ram), and enable multiple frame rendering.

After Effects can use up to 4gb RAM but only if you're using a 64bit OS.

There's absolutely no point in having 6gb RAM with 32bit XP, you'll only ever see 3gb and each application will only be able to use 2gb...go with XP 64bit or Vista 64bit, I use the former.

8 cores are great

You'll benefit from a RAID setup to speed up seek times when working with video so take into account the extra drives.
