just a short question...
I'm searching for a quick way for creating liquid inside an animated bottle in maya. What I have here is a waterbottle, already filled with liquid, and as the bottle moves, the border of the liquid should have a slight movement, too.
I think using realflow for that would be a bit too much, especially as I do not have enough time to do the whole setup, simulating, exporting, etc... I really just want to animate the border of the liquid, not to fill the bottle or anything like that.

In 3dsmax the solution would be to use an animated boolean and add some extrudes on top of it to simulate the tension of the liquid's surface border, but if I create the same setup in maya, the extrudes disappear as soon as I animated the cutting plane I used for the boolean...

Any ideas?
