Hello community,

I got some serious problems with the joints of my low poly model. Right from the start I added some extra triangles because of some tutorials which told me to do so since this would improve the look of animations. But now I don't know how to set up the rigging or the weights of the vertices to reach that goal.

Can anyone give me some advices to make it better?

Which software are you using? It should allow you to tweak the weight of the bones in each vertex, so I think this is what you must do.

Hi IkerCLoN,

I'm using Blender and I know that I can set up the weights on the vertices. Nevertheless thank you. ;) My problem was the structure of my edge loops. I found a nice help on Ben Mathis' homepage (http://www.poopinmymouth.com/process/tips/limb_deformations.gif) and solved the problem now.
