From Left to Righ: Ketchup, Katy, Klaus, Kristian and Karen, the Krunch Family all together. These characters were created for the new corporate image of Krunch Retaurant's spanish franchise.

I was the person in charge to create the 5 characters, the concept design, the background and the history of each one of them. I also designed the new corporate image.

In the little gallery below, you can see three different illustrations starring the members of the Krunch Family, and the same drawings just inked without color. This illustrations were entirely inked and coloured digitally using Adobe Photoshop CS3 edition and a Wacom Intuos 3 A4 Pen Tablet. Clicking on the last banner image of the little gallery you can download a PDF file wich contains the original graphic design of the menu I developed for the Krunch Retaurants. Let me also point out that the text contents and the prices listed in the menu are not real. They are only for sample purposes.

[ Note: For correct visulization of this portfolio, you must have installed Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer v7, because most of images are PNG-24 with transparencies and older versions of IE navigator don't suport them. ]

I quite like these!

I think the simplistic faces on the regular proportioned characters look a bit odd (especially the one with the chin!), but the SD/ chibi style ones are adorable and suit the faces much better. Nice clean style too.
