This was my Uplift Universe Challenge entry. I guess the idea was for an orbiting creche/ school/ hospital so off world workers could have their families near by while they worked mining asteroids, building space stations or whatever space parents of the future might do to make ends meet. :)
Background rendered in Max, alien and baby built and rendered with multiple passes in ZBrush. All compositing done in Photoshop.
